We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of training programs and services.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and booking accredited and non-accredited training for participants, ensuring they receive up-to-date information regarding training requirements where required. You will also liaise with employment consultants regarding participant training and confirm attendance with RTOs and obtain relevant evidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Participants and RTOs to co-ordinate and book accredited and non-accredited training
  • Ensure that Participants receive up to date information regarding training requirements
  • Liaise with Employment Consultants regarding their Participants training
  • Confirm Participant attendance with RTOs and obtain relevant evidence
  • Maintain internal records including internal spreadsheet and Participant records to track referrals through to completion of training
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also need to have a high level of organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
