Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to take on a leadership role within our Medical Centre's treatment room. As Treatment Room Team Leader, you will oversee the delivery of services and work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless clinical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the provision of services within the medical centre's treatment room, maintaining high standards of care and efficiency.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in conducting a range of clinical duties, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound dressings.
  • Built strong relationships with patients to create a comfortable environment prior to procedures or treatments.
  • Triage patients and assist healthcare professionals in procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the practice manager to develop and implement strategies for staff performance management and development.
  • Maintain open communication with the practice manager and treatment room staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • A registered nurse with experience in general practice or an acute setting, preferably with leadership experience.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of the medical centre team.
  • The ability to work independently, make decisions, and contribute to the evolution of our business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
  • A valid Australian work visa and evidence of vaccination history and immunity.
