Business Solutions Advisor

As a seasoned business advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on understanding the customer's business objectives, technical environments, and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in discovery discussions to understand their goals and requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on how to address customer needs and define solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to identify product gaps and provide advice on implementation.
  • Offer technical expertise on APIs and SDKs and advise on how our solutions can best be implemented.

  • The Customer is at the Heart of Everything - As the trusted advisor, you will partner with customers to deeply understand their business objectives, technical environments, and challenges.
  • Pre-Sales Solution Leadership - You will own the technical aspects of the pre-sales lifecycle from discovery and qualification through to solution design, running proof of concepts, and transition to delivery teams.
  • Technical Proficiency and Problem Solving - Leveraging your deep technical knowledge, you will guide customers through solution architecture discussions, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and address technical objections with clarity and credibility.
  • Capture and Prioritise Customer Feedback - As the voice of the customer within the organisation, you will advocate for their needs and share insights with product and engineering teams.
In this Role, You Will
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles ideally within SaaS platforms serving Financial Services, RegTech, or other regulated industries.
  • Have Strong Stakeholder Management Skills, Proven Track Record of Building Trusted Relationships with Senior Technical and Business Stakeholders.
  • Possess Strong Experience Designing Solutions in Complex Technology Ecosystems and Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Swagger / Open API's, Authentication Protocols, Data Formats, and Tools like Postman.
