Lead Business and Solution Analyst Opportunity

A high-profile role has arisen for an experienced Lead Business and Solution Analyst to play a pivotal part in the implementation of a new case management system.

The successful candidate will work closely with IT Program Managers, subject-matter experts, operational teams, delivery partners and technical specialists to drive business requirements, functional needs and process improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior or lead business and solution analyst with expertise in complex digital projects to join our team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional needs and process improvements to support the delivery of the client's new case management system.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and validate current and future state process maps, business rules and user stories.
  • Contributing to solution design by applying a strong understanding of solution architecture, data flows and business logic to ensure systems are practical, scalable and fit for purpose.
  • Supporting training, change and adoption activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a senior or lead business and solution analyst on complex digital or regulatory projects.
  • Experience with modern cloud-based CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • A commitment to improving systems and processes that support the department's regulatory work.
  • A Scrum Master certification will be highly regarded.
