HR Business Partnership Specialist

As a People and Culture Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organisational leaders to build people leadership capability and effectively manage employment risks. Your expertise in human resource practice will be invaluable in consulting on continuous improvement and implementing people-related initiatives.
Job Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on all aspects of Human Resources, including workforce development, industrial relations, employee relations, talent management, employment life cycle, organisational development, and change.
- Deploy appropriate internal and/or external resources to support business strategy and plans.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders within client groups, establishing high levels of professional credibility.
- Develop specialist portfolios in one or more aspects of human resources and organisational services/departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements by developing policy/procedures and monitoring implementation.
- Minimum 4-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a related role.
- Significant relevant experience as a generalist business partner with strong Employee/Industrial Relations experience in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and grievance management experience through mediation and conciliation.
