Senior Counselling Team Lead

This is a part-time permanent position that involves providing leadership to a team of Counsellors across various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Inspire and lead a team of counsellors to deliver high-quality person-centered counselling services.
- Provide clinical oversight of the program to ensure safe best practice and encourage innovative service delivery.
- Support the Practice Manager in seeking additional growth opportunities for the program including additional Fee for Service.
- Provision of counselling services to a small caseload of clients.
- Tertiary qualifications Graduate diploma and above in Counselling Social Work Welfare Psychology or professionally related disciplines.
- Relevant registrations with peak bodies.
- Experience providing counselling services with an understanding of therapeutic frameworks.
- Ability to support a team and ensure high quality safe practice.
- Postgraduate studies in areas of counselling or relevant disciplines will be well regarded.
