Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

CWG is the Master Franchisor in Australia for leading health and wellness brands, with a purpose to inspire healthier lives. Our team is fast-paced and helps make Australia healthier every day.

The successful candidate will report to the Business Analyst and Systems Manager and be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving endpoint issues, installing and supporting systems, and assisting with day-to-day operations of CWG's business initiatives, projects, and IT infrastructure.

This role presents a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress into a Systems Administrator position, working part-time with the option to work full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support across the company
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Set up accounts for new users
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Engage with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems
  • Keep track of equipment/asset management
  • Respond to escalated technology-related issues from the network customer service team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills:

  • 3-5 years of level 2 support experience looking to gain systems administration experience
  • Experience working with IT systems including Zendesk, Azure, and Microsoft 365 is desirable
  • Natural customer service aptitude
  • Interest in Cyber Security
  • Self-starting, driven attitude to support continuous system and process improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced corporate environment and learn quickly
  • A strong passion for technology
  • An interest in health and/or wellness is advantageous
