The Role We Are Hiring For

This is an exciting opportunity for a Change Partner to join our team and foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within our organisation.

As a Change Partner, you will work collaboratively with our Performance and Project team to ensure approved projects have the appropriate support.

  • You will support Delivery Partners in developing and planning the overall project/program change management strategy.
  • You will supervise the development of key change management deliverables (change management plan, stakeholder assessment, etc.).
  • You will assist with up-front and in-phase planning of projects (e.g., risk workshops, WBS planning, business case development, lessons learned) as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within the organisation.
  • Support the Performance and Project team in ensuring approved projects have the necessary resources.
  • Supervise the development of key change management deliverables.
  • Assist with up-front and in-phase planning of projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years' experience in a similar role, such as Change Manager, Senior Advisor, or Senior Change Analyst.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Confidence to run workshops involving a range of stakeholders.
