Change Management Professional

We are seeking a Change Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving successful organisational change and transformation across various industries.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the development and implementation of innovative change programs that ensure long-lasting client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting change impact assessments to identify the breadth and depth of change across various levels of the organisation.
  • Supporting the development of comprehensive change and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions and successful adoption.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders to foster change readiness and secure their endorsement and active support for the change.
Requirements:
  • A solid consulting foundation with a deep understanding of the human and organisational aspects of transformation.
  • Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies and tools, including Prosci, ACMP and the Kubler-Ross Model.
  • At least two years of experience in organisational change management, preferably in technology transformations.
  • Demonstrated capability in implementing effective change interventions that enhance stakeholder engagement and foster change acceptance.
