Advanced Contract Manager

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to support our procurement strategy and ensure seamless delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project-based contract and financial administration, particularly in major building developments. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment and has the resilience to tackle any challenge that arises.
- Support our procurement strategy and manage contracts to ensure timely delivery
- Manage Head and Subcontract variation, ensuring smooth operations
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier claims, aligning with our subcontract and HCA Systems
- Coordinate contract finalisation tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking
- Collaborate with the team to compile monthly reports, helping us stay on track and achieve our goals
