We are seeking a Rowing Coach to assist our competitive teams in this exciting role.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced coach to work with students of varying abilities, fostering a love of rowing and teamwork skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rowing, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to motivate and engage students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching before or after school training sessions and Saturday mornings, as well as providing guidance and support to students on an ongoing basis.

In addition, the Rowing Coach will work closely with other coaches and staff members to ensure the success of our rowing program.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in rowing as a coach or team member
  • Experience working with students of varying abilities
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
  • Completed or willing to complete Anaphylaxis Awareness training
