Experienced Clinical Care Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high levels of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based care.
- Demonstrate professional practice by adhering to AHPRA standards, code of ethics and conduct, legislative requirements and Healthscope's policies and processes.
- Foster a learning environment through clinical presentations and provide supervision and teaching to peers, ENs, graduates and students.
- Contribute to the inter-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care by actively participating in team processes and practices.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure patients receive high-quality care across the healthcare continuum.
- Maintain professional working relationships with VMO partners using a customer service mindset to enable high-quality patient outcomes.
- Current AHPRA registration required.
- 3+ years' experience in an acute environment required.
- 1-year minimum team leader or in-charge nursing experience desirable.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards required.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and work within a team environment.
- Prioritizing passion for teaching, educating and up-skilling staff in cardiac operating theatres.
