About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Language Administrator - Project Coordinator to join our team at HOBAN Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and project coordination services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with local partners and developers to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Monitor construction work and ensure it is progressing as scheduled.
  • Manage construction approvals, procedures, and submitted documents.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Manage internal approvals for business outsourcing and other general affairs.
Requirements
  • Native-level Japanese language skills and proficiency in English.
  • Background in property or a related field is not necessary, but strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in project management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Permanent resident, partner visa, or Australian citizenship is required.
