At HOBAN Recruitment, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Japanese Language Specialist to join our team as a Junior Assistant-Property Manager.

We are seeking a dedicated individual who can commit long-term and make significant contributions to our team. As a Junior Assistant-Property Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in various tasks, including:

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and manage budgetary processes effectively.
  • Support contract reviews with service companies, including cleaning, security, and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Handle daily tenant management tasks, such as inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with construction managers to coordinate with tenants and building staff, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Support contract negotiations, including renewals and new contracts, to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Verify and follow up on rent and payments to service companies, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Manage contracts and documents related to government authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of working experience in any industry.
  • Fluent Japanese language speaker with English language skills.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow into a core part of the company, with a long-term commitment.
  • Friendly and team-oriented personality, with excellent communication skills.

**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
