About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your portfolio of customers at ANZ. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position based in Sydney NSW, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio, compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Manage workflows across compliance and customer fulfilment processes.
  • Act in the best interest of the customer, applying a customer-centric approach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business and financial needs.
  • Provide solutions for account maintenance and simple customer requests.
  • Support Relationship Managers in managing SME customer portfolios.
  • Collaborate with Product Partners and stakeholders to meet customer needs.

  • Portfolio Management: Selecting, prioritising, and managing a portfolio of work or customers to meet strategic objectives.

  • Fulfilment: Executing end-to-end processes to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Data Interpretation: Using data to draw insights and inform business decisions.
