Welding Expert Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting total company products to end users and managing distributor relationships in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and improve sales results and performance to meet sales targets by promoting welding products and services.
  • Manage distributor relationships to ensure seamless product distribution and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively call on end users to promote total company products and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute customer sales plans to grow sales with existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Assist Product Managers on market surveys to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Establish plans to grow sales with existing customers and partner with end users and distributors to identify new opportunities.
  • Project work from time to time may be assigned to support business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A trade certificate or engineering degree is required.
  • At least 5 years' experience in an industrial sales position is necessary.
  • Excellent knowledge in welding and cutting processes and associated equipment/consumables is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a similar sales role – selling within the industrial market is preferred.
