The Team Leader is a key role within our Beauty Service and Sales team, supporting our Customer Service Managers to optimize customer in-store experiences. This position is responsible for coaching, developing, and engaging with the Service and Selling team, sharing sales knowledge, and leading by example to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to develop creative ways to drive sales targets and ensure customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Partner with the Management team to inspire and develop the Service and Selling team to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations within our Beauty Halls.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • People leadership/supervisory experience within a retail environment preferred.
  • Retail sales experience and proven customer service and selling skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated individual looking for career progression.
  • Experience in cosmetics preferred, although not a requirement.
  • Previous beauty industry experience working with luxury beauty brands preferred.
