Job Description

We are expanding our Learning and Development capabilities across various departments.

This role will involve collaborating with the learning team to design, deliver, and facilitate numerous training initiatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop relationships with educational partners to provide best-practice solutions for our internal business needs.

This is a permanent full-time position available in Sydney, Gold Coast or Brisbane.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the learning and development team in delivering learning initiatives.
  • Design, deliver, and facilitate various training programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in training, education, or learning and development in a large organisation.
  • Tertiary degree in HR, Business or Hospitality or related discipline from an educational institution (desirable).
  • Strong capability with a proven record of delivering end-to-end L&D services including facilitation, coaching, and audit of outcomes to measure success.
  • Proficiency with systems including Microsoft Office and Teams.
