Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of all facilities management services, including customer liaison and service contractor management. They will also be responsible for managing building operations, delivering high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective management of the building.

In addition, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting, procurement, producing, and presenting monthly reporting and financial reporting. They will also ensure risk management, WHS, site safety, audit, and inspections are completed and compliant.

The Facilities Manager will lead and implement environmental and sustainability initiatives and lead and manage facilities personnel, onsite cleaning, and security personnel. They will also provide relief support by managing the delivery of all facilities management services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant facilities management experience looking after office assets
  • A strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • An ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen including procurement partnered with a trade or engineering background preferred but not essential
  • Contractor management in an industrial environment
