Maintenance Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing environments. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance operations to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

About the Role

As Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance of critical production machinery and site facilities. You will develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime, manage a team of tradespeople, and ensure all maintenance records and documentation are centralized in our system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of critical production machinery and site facilities
  • Maintenance schedule development and implementation
  • Team management and work completion efficiency
  • Centralization of maintenance records and documentation
  • Collaboration with external maintenance providers
  • Critical machine prioritization and identification
  • Compliance with safety and quality standards

About You:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance is preferred
  • A strong background in maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation management is essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize critical machinery are required
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) or digital record-keeping is advantageous
  • A background in reliability engineering or facilities maintenance is highly regarded
