The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting clients to live life to the fullest, providing clinical excellence and meaningful connection every shift.

Key Responsibilities- Providing 1:1 evidence-based in-home nursing care, including wound care, catheter care and insertion, and medication administering.
- Support Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients to maintain independence and wellbeing.
- Work remotely throughout the community, ensuring efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- A genuine passion for supporting clients to live life to the fullest, especially older adults.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (must-have).
- Minimum 2 years' RN experience, ideally in aged care.
- Evidence of completed clinical hours from previous/current roles.
- Skilled in continence assessments, catheter care, and wound management.
- Strong clinical documentation and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Valid, unrestricted Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management systems.
- Full COVID-19 vaccination (including booster) and flu vaccination (preferred).
