Sports Field Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

The Sports Field Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of ground preparation and maintenance at our premier sporting venues.

This role is part of a dynamic team that works collaboratively to deliver exceptional events and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation and maintenance of playing surfaces, including wicket preparation and upkeep of surrounding landscaped areas.
  2. Collaboration with the Grounds team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  3. Development and implementation of effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal turf health and surface quality.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Sports Turf Management, Greenkeeping or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in preparation of playing surfaces.
  • Current Chemcert Spraying Licence.
