Senior Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at Latitude IT, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions. As a key member of our architecture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology approach and direction.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient architectural designs.
- Design and implement Enterprise-wide solutions for ERP systems, Enterprise Applications & Business Systems, and integrated Enterprise technology solutions.
- Lead the solution architecture initiatives of Enterprise applications, ERP's and business systems with an automation mindset, ensuring seamless data flow and optimised processes.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and standards in the solution architecture practice, ensuring alignment with industry trends and the latest emerging technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and Business Analysts' ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect in a well-established Enterprise-level organisation.
- Experience working across end-to-end solution architectures for Enterprise Applications, Microservices, Data, Integration, and ERP areas.
- Experience and knowledge of Enterprise Architecture aligned to TOGAF standards.
- Experience with modern and digital focused end-to-end solution architectures in line with microservices.
- Exposure and experience working with customer facing Applications, Portals and Platforms.
- Working knowledge of data architectures and methodologies, data warehousing, ETL, Data Lake, Snowflake etc.
- Ideally coming from a solid background in ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), with the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Bring expert level knowledge in cloud-based solution designs working with Microsoft Azure.
- Domain experience providing your solution architecture expertise for Supply Chain optimisation, Enterprise Applications, Retail B2B, with the ability to define integration patterns and best practices, design patterns and guidelines.
- The ability to apply and enhance solution architecture principles, practices, and processes within solution architecture, manage ICT investments and guide governance.
- Working experience in Enterprise Application Integration such as IPAAS tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps or similar.
- Hands-on experience and capability in programming languages like.NET, Java, with API led solution design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
