About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support client managers in account planning, opportunity seeding, opportunity strategy and execution, portfolio ideation, and in-contract innovation strategy.
  • Understand client's current enterprise-wide landscape, pains, and ambitions, and identify NTT Data Inc solutions that can be of potential value to the clients.
  • Support client presentations and workshops to create client awareness and interest in our portfolio offers.
  • Play a key role in stitching a multi-domain solution with solution and technical architects from various NTT Data Inc service divisions.
  • Optimize the value and costing to balance the outcomes desired by the client.
  • Share client needs and wants with service divisions to trigger portfolio enhancements and related value propositions.
  • Define the innovation strategy for large client installed bases.

Deliverables

  • Document client insights, including business and IT landscape, pains, and ambitions.
  • Contribute to account plans, including business and technical aspects.
  • Articulate value propositions, highlighting how solutions address client pains and ambitions.
  • Facilitate client workshops and document workshop deliverables.
  • Stitch multi-domain solutions and optimize value-cost.
  • Develop in-contract innovation strategies and document IT/digital strategies.
  • Track bookings growth and ensure line-of-sight bookings KPI.

Requirements

  • Expertise in industry value chain, client pains, and ambitions, as well as industry best business and IT practices.
  • Sensing market trends and distinguishing between hype and real trends that impact clients.
  • Knowledge of NTT Data Inc portfolio and ability to position its value and differentiators.
  • Use of frameworks like TOGAF, Zachmann Framework, or DoDAF and modeling tools to define enterprise architecture.
  • Conducting workshops with client C-suite and line of business executives to understand their issues and investigate approaches for mitigating them.
  • Converting client business and technology needs into high-level architecture and orchestrating domain architects to optimize total solutions.
  • Understanding commercial concepts and working towards target cost and price in solutions.
  • Creating world-class proposals for clients and presenting value, differentiation, and a compelling case.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technology discipline.
  • Master's degree in business management or executive management programs in business.
  • Total experience of 15+ years, with 5+ years specializing in enterprise architecture.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, including banking, insurance, and financial services, with exposure to best practices and business models like BIAN in banking.
  • Exposure to IT infrastructure best practices such as SDx, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, ITSM, etc.
  • Worked across the sales lifecycle from inception to conclusion, including account planning, business development, opportunity planning, and opportunity execution.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Evidence of engaging the C-suite in clients, strategic partners, and internally.
  • Experience in orchestrating technical architects to optimize value-cost of solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
