About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their business requirements and provide pre-sales support for Microsoft D365 opportunities.
  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Build and deploy solutions using Azure DevOps.
  • Run workshops with customers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in system architecture and design.
  • Project experience implementing Microsoft D365 Solutions with hands-on experience across design, development, and deployment functions.
  • Knowledgeable across Microsoft Industry Solutions.
  • Experience managing customer-facing workshops to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Self-starter who can handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Microsoft D365 certification is strongly desired.

Desired Experience and Knowledge

  • Understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem with a focus on Dynamics 365.
  • Familiarization with Power Platform, collaboration technologies within Office 365, and Azure.
  • Experience in implementing, architecting, or specifying key Microsoft technologies with significant depth in Cloud.
  • Good experience of approaches, techniques, and models used by both business and technical consulting professionals in solution delivery, including Design Thinking, Agile methods, and Tools (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital strategies, solutions, and trends, as well as experience in delivering/governing technology-enabling business transformation.
  • Propose and design solutions using the extensive Microsoft Power Platform Low-Code capabilities in meeting business requirements.
  • Build upon and extend the integration of the Microsoft D365 and Power Platform across all technologies.
  • Facilitate and run scoping workshops to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered against.
  • Deliver quality and excellent in supporting Fujitsu's position as a certified Microsoft Platinum Partner.
  • Support in creating proposals and responding to RFPs.
  • Develop bespoke solutions and go-to-market offerings.
  • Knowledge on DevOps.

Additional Requirements

  • The resource needs to be a team player and an excellent communicator.
  • The resource also needs to demonstrate a high level of situational awareness and understand what is appropriate to discuss in workshops and what needs to be discussed further and agreed with the team before discussing with the customer.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps is also preferred.
  • Ideally, would want the resource to be able to travel to New Zealand and run the workshops face-to-face.

Vaccination Requirements

Fujitsu complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions, which in some circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption). For client-facing roles, some of our customers require our staff to be vaccinated to attend their workplaces. Based on Fujitsu's assessment of workplace risk and the safety and wellbeing of our people and consultation with our staff, Fujitsu has a Vaccination Requirements policy which requires all new employees to have received at least two COVID-19 vaccinations or have a medical exemption or otherwise be approved by the Crisis Management Team (CMT). Exemptions will need to be reviewed and approved by Fujitsu's CMT, prior to being employed.
