We are seeking experienced support workers to provide essential care and support that empowers individuals with disabilities to be more independent.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Assisting adults with personal care and daily living skills\
  • Planning and attending appointments and activities to promote social interaction and skill development\
  • Completing daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports\\/ul>\Mandatory Requirements:\
    • \
    • A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive\
    • A current First Aid & CPR Certificate\
    • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)\
    • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded\
    • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster\\/ul>\
