Customer Service Representative Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill this key role. As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service by working closely with all departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Process orders accurately and contribute to driving customers towards our digital platform for faster information access.
- Record all activity within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Prepare Return Authorisation and credits for processing, ensuring they meet company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees to achieve excellent results.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year in a dedicated customer service role.
- Excellent digital literacy, with the ability to learn new concepts as needed.
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
- Strong focus on results and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Education and Experience:
- A university degree, preferably in science or business, is desirable.
- Intermediate level competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) would be beneficial.
Work Environment:
- Some public holidays and out-of-hours work may be required.
- Possibility of on-call work to support critical industry needs.
