Cloud Solution Architect Manager Job Description
Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect Manager to lead our team in delivering innovative cloud solutions.

  • Guide the team in adhering to operational standards and practices throughout sales and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate activities across customer groups to meet defined objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the team's approach to managing business and technical risks, applying governance principles to identify, communicate, and reduce such risks.
  • Ensure work aligns with industry procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks according to business needs and organizational goals.

  • Use customer feedback to understand success conditions.

Technical Leadership

We are looking for a subject matter expert who can provide leadership and contribute to global internal communities.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to global internal communities.
  • Advise the team on industry best practices and represent cloud solutions through presentations and community engagement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • 3+ years people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
