About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Microsoft Engineer to design and deliver innovative solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. As a key team member, you'll transform business workflows with intelligent apps, seamless integrations, and scalable cloud services.

Main Responsibilities
  • API Development: Create modern, secure APIs using RESTful and event-driven patterns, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Azure-native services like API Management, Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • Integration Strategy: Develop integration strategy and cloud migration, modernising legacy systems and promoting reusable, well-documented APIs across domains.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, product managers, and delivery teams to align API solutions with business needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentorship and Team Culture: Mentor engineers and champion best practices, contributing to risk assessments, incident response planning, and fostering a high-performance, adaptable team culture.
  • Professional Development: Maintain expertise in API technologies, pursue certifications, and identify opportunities for productivity and process enhancements.
Requirements
  • More than 8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise-grade API development.
  • Strong programming and cloud development background, with expertise in: JavaScript, C#, Python, HTML & CSS, JSON, Power Query; Visual Studio, Azure DevOps; Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Data Factory, Storage, Key Vault; Power BI; Agile, Hybrid, and Scrum; AZ-900, MB-910, MB-280 certifications.
  • Holds key Microsoft certifications and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Skilled in customising CRM modules, building Power Apps, and developing secure, scalable solutions using Azure services and modern programming languages.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, API security, and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communicator and lifelong learner, always seeking new certifications and ways to improve team performance and technical excellence.
