About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager to lead our Learning and Development function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our L&D strategy, driving business outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives and priorities.
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs, including leadership and management development initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of a competency-based framework that supports employee growth and organizational success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate a clear vision and strategy.
  • Experience leading transformative L&D functions, with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Ability to design and deliver advanced leadership and management training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
