About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to join our team at Guardian Childcare & Education. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational program and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the curriculum in collaboration with Educators to maximize each child's development and learning.
  • Support Educators to ensure that each child participates in the educational program.
  • Support Educators to assess each child's learning and development.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centre's Quality Improvement Plan.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications (University Degree or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (SA).
  • Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Previous experience working in the early years sector.
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
