Key Responsibilities

The National Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

  • Strategic Leadership: Providing oversight and guidance of the HR function to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Working closely with senior leadership and operational staff to implement people strategies that drive organisational success.
  • Team Development: Leading, coaching, and supporting HR team members and frontline leaders to build capability and accountability.
  • Negotiation and Partnership: Managing enterprise bargaining agreement (EBA) negotiations and fostering positive union relationships.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and safety standards.
