The role of the Financial Solutions Advisor provides in-depth guidance and customized solutions to clients, enabling them to achieve their long-term financial objectives.

This position involves expanding client relationships by fostering trust and delivering tailored financial plans that cater to individual needs.

  • Develop personalized short and long-term financial strategies with clients, incorporating a range of brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking solutions.
  • Recommend investment approaches aligned with client goals and requirements, taking into account risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Assess client requests and refer to internal service providers based on client demands and asset thresholds.
  • Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele at financial centers.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product offerings.
Essential Qualifications
  • Hold Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66). Alternative licensing arrangements can be considered for those who hold a 63 or 65 but require the missing series within 60 days.
  • At least one year of experience in investments, including training and knowledge of investment products.
  • One year of experience working in the financial services industry or sales environment with met or exceeded goals.
  • Effective communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in fast-paced environments.
  • Adaptable, efficient time management, and ability to learn from new information.
