This position drives strategic leadership and organisational development to enhance financial, operational, workforce, and cultural performance.
The core objective is to implement change and achieve measurable results through sustainable improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects to ensure objectives and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget scope.
- Regularly liaise with stakeholders to provide recommendations and advice.
- Improve performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within agreed project scope.
- Support and challenge managers and staff to improve departmental performance via high-quality project management discipline and coaching.
A relevant tertiary qualification and substantial experience in managing complex improvement and change initiatives are required.
Exceptional communication skills and experience in managing projects through the full project life cycle are essential.
