Private Credit Real Estate Investment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Credit Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team at Platinum Pacific Partners. As a key member of our Property Investment team, you will be responsible for originating, executing, and managing private credit deals across a wide range of property opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and execute private credit deals, working closely with our Investment Manager and capital partners.
- Conduct financial due diligence, documentation, and real estate investing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers and capital partners.
- Manage and monitor the performance of our private credit portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in private debt or real estate transaction-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial due diligence, documentation, and real estate investing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, nimble team.
