Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead a pioneering state-wide dementia care program. As a senior clinician, you will drive expert consultancy, leadership, education, research, and service development in our organization.

  • Provide expert clinical consultancy across OPMHS.

  • Lead and supervise CNC peers and nursing workforce.

  • Drive clinical leadership and collaborative projects.

  • Apply research to enhance practice and innovation.

  • Plan and deliver specialised education and training.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A postgraduate qualification related to the specific area of specialty.

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • Minimum seven (07) years of full-time post-graduate experience, including at least five (05) years full-time equivalent in the specialty field.

  • Possession of an approved postgraduate qualification and/or master's degree relevant to the specialty.
