Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical leadership and consultation in the assessment, management, and education of patients with ostomies and continence issues.
  • Lead the operational and nursing management of Stomal therapy and Continence referrals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care and educate healthcare professionals on best practices in ostomy care and continence management.
  • Manage the nurse-led Stomal Therapy Outpatient Clinic and Trial of Void Clinic, and participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and research projects related to Trial of Void protocols and continence and ostomy care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert clinical knowledge and skills in stoma care and continence management.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage complex clinical cases and lead clinical teams.
