We are seeking an exceptional Client Manager to join our team and take the reins of a steady and loyal client base. This is a career-defining role for a seasoned professional looking to further develop their skills and expertise in a leading Accounting and Business Advisory firm.

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, finding appropriate solutions for clients' needs, and working closely with Client Directors/Partners to provide exceptional customer service. You will also be part of the ESV Leadership Team and responsible for the day-to-day management of your team, including work allocation and job reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders\
  • Finding solutions for clients' needs\
  • Working closely with Client Directors/Partners to deliver exceptional customer service\
  • Leading a team of professionals and responsible for work allocation and job reviews\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction\
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators\

Requirements:

  • \
  • CQ or CPA qualifications\
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Advisory gained primarily within an Australian Public Accounting firm\
  • At least 4 years of managerial experience, managing and leading more junior members of the team\
  • Solid technical tax and compliance expertise\
  • Superior communication skills and a demonstrable history of being a strategic advisor to clients\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team\
