We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Delivery Support Specialist - Network Services. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring network data suppliers deliver cost-efficient and reliable IT services that meet the needs and expectations of Transport.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight and operational governance of network service suppliers to ensure compliance with operational service delivery commitments.
- Monitor and govern services delivered by third-party suppliers, acting as a key escalation point in key service management processes.
- Review service delivery related reports provided by suppliers, provide operational updates on supplier performance, and escalate material performance breaches.
We are looking for a strong customer service focus, with experience governing the operational delivery of managed IT services, including a working understanding of managed services and outsourcing in large, complex organisations.
- Experience monitoring service provision by suppliers, including adherence to contracted SLAs and delivery obligations.
- Knowledge of data network services, cross-functional architectural elements, and service consumption patterns.
- Understanding of mature, good practice, and contemporary infrastructure services and delivery methods.
- Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications.
- Ability to work additional hours (outside of ordinary work hours).
