We are seeking an innovative and experienced legal professional to fill a key role in Sydney, Australia.

About the Position

This is a rare opportunity for someone looking to transition into an in-house legal career. The successful candidate will have a national remit and be responsible for delivering expert legal services and advice to a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews and negotiations with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Review and advise on other agreements and related matters.
  • Provide authoritative legal guidance on liability and risk identification, allocation and management.
  • Work closely with senior executives to provide independent and impartial legal advice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant area (desirable).
  • Current practising certificate.
  • Member of a State Law Society.
  • 5+ years PAE legal experience.
