The Strata Assistant will be a key member of our successful strata management team, supporting a Senior Strata Manager in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for Executive Committees, Owners, and Tenants.
- Liaise with Owners Corporations as required.
- Coordinate quotations and repairs for works required.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Oversee Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations).
- Manage key issuance to contractors, owners & tenants.
Requirements:
- Real Estate or Strata experience ideal, or administration experience in any industry.
- Familiarity with StrataMaster is a plus but not essential.
- Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administration skills.
