The Strata Assistant will be a key member of our successful strata management team, supporting a Senior Strata Manager in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for Executive Committees, Owners, and Tenants.
  • Liaise with Owners Corporations as required.
  • Coordinate quotations and repairs for works required.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
  • Oversee Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations).
  • Manage key issuance to contractors, owners & tenants.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate or Strata experience ideal, or administration experience in any industry.
  • Familiarity with StrataMaster is a plus but not essential.
  • Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
