We are seeking an experienced leader to drive operational excellence and strategic alignment within our Hospital and Medical claims teams.

  • Lead and support team leaders to achieve operational targets
  • Manage escalated enquiries and stakeholder relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimise performance
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing team performance and ensuring quality service
  • Managing complex and high-value claims and disputes
  • Collaborating with colleagues on product design and fraud control measures
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Hospital and Medical claims in PHI
  • Solid computer literacy and familiarity with business systems
