Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead our night shift operations at our Dandenong distribution centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our products during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing policies, and ensure that your team follows best practices.
- Manage Risk: Develop and implement processes to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the shift.
- Achieve Operational KPIs: Meet financial, safety, and compliance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and Maintain a High-Performing Team: Foster a positive work culture, promote engagement, and develop your team members.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with internal and external partners to drive customer-focused outcomes.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills, using data and insights to identify and solve problems.
- Proactive Leadership Style: A proactive leadership style that drives change and fosters continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to motivate and guide a diverse team.
