About the Role:
As the Night Shift Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our distribution centre during the night shift. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Team Managers and Labour Hire staff to achieve seamless and efficient distribution of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing policies.
- Manage risk and develop processes to ensure the safe, smooth operation of the shift.
- Achieve operational KPIs, including financial, safety, and compliance metrics.
- Build and maintain an engaged team, promoting a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive customer-focused outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making skills, using data and insights to identify and solve problems.
- Proactive leadership style.
