About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

  • As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, and working well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Process large volumes of stock and maintain accurate records.
  • Pick and pack click and dispatch orders efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining the store's operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
