Multiplex is a leading construction company dedicated to building a better future. We're seeking an experienced HSEQ Administrator to join our team and support our HSEQ Management Team in providing administrative assistance across various projects in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HSEQ Management Team, including scheduling meetings, formatting documents, and distributing HSEQ information and alerts.
- Maintain the HSEQ management system data, documents, records, and reporting.
- Assist the project team in obtaining quotes for products, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.
- Implement, administer, and maintain site access control systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a construction, mining, or similar environment.
- Certificate or qualification in health and safety (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams and subcontractors.
