The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HSEQ Compliance Administrator to join our team at our Perth Depot. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our HSEQ documentation and administering our HSEQ information system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of HSEQ system documentation
  • Administer the HSEQ information system, including providing training and support to the business as required
  • Monitor business compliance with HSEQ systems
  • Assist with the implementation of HSEQ system amendments and improvements
  • Administer the company Drug & Alcohol Program and Contractor Management Program system
  • Contribute to the identification of HSEQ system failures and opportunities for improvement
  • Administer the induction process, working with other internal stakeholders
  • Build good working relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Passion for quality assurance and quality control in the workspace
  • Knowledge of systems, process, auditing, and document control as it relates to health and safety
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations
