Executive Hotel Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Executive Manager to oversee daily operations of a luxury boutique hotel and wedding venue. As the head executive team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences through excellent service and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, experienced, and brilliant leader with vision, passion, and drive who can think fast, solve problems, and run a team. They should have experience in running hotels with events, including amazing accommodation experiences, weddings, food and beverage outlets.

You will prioritize staff and create a culture that fosters teamwork and customer satisfaction while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include managing the daily hotel, occupancy, wedding operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to take the helm of an amazing luxe boutique hotel and wedding venue operation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and personally oversee staff across the entire operation.

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and motivate a team of staff across various departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Experiences: Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
