Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our French-inspired boutique hotel and wedding venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple departments, including reception, food and beverage, sales and occupancy, admin, grounds, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the head executive team and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff across various departments, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Create a culture and service attitude within the team.
- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and personally oversee staff across the entire operation.
Requirements:
- Experience in running hotels with events, including weddings, food and beverage outlets, and unique accommodations.
- Vision, passion, and drive to expand the hotel's business.
- Able to think fast, solve problems, and run a high-performing team.
