About Us

The Merribee seeks a visionary General Manager to lead our luxury boutique hotel and wedding venue operation.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to take charge of a unique and dynamic environment where we focus on creating fun, being innovative, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for a highly experienced and brilliant General Manager to drive the growth and expansion of The Merribee.

As the head executive team leader, you will oversee all daily operations and be responsible for managing staff across various departments including reception, food and beverage, wedding and functions, sales and occupancy, admin, grounds, and maintenance.

You will report directly to the company Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the team to achieve our goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, particularly in running events and accommodation experiences.

We want a General Manager who can create a culture of excellence and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience at The Merribee.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has strong leadership skills, and can think strategically to drive business growth.

As General Manager, you'll take pride in overseeing the daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the success of The Merribee.
